Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III
These are awesome cookies. Soft, delicious, perfect! I doubled the recipe. Substituted half of the oil with applesauce, and also added drops of red food coloring as per some of the reviewers suggested.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
The cookies were a hit at the Labor Day Picnic. It also tasted better once cooled and settled. I've used 2 cups of chocolate chips instead of 4.

Pan De Sal I
Wow! I was very impressed. A Pan De Sal recipe that actually tasted like Pan De Sal! The whole family loved it... especially my Mom. Thank you for the recipe.
