Chicken Spaghetti Casserole I
I make this dish all the time--my husband, 1-yr-old daughter and any guests we have always rave! I also saute the bell pepper (usually red or yellow instead of green, family preference) and onion beforehand. I also add a can of tomato sauce and more cheese than it calls for, but again--personal preferences. This is easy to make and is very satisfying! Yummy.

Jenny's Cuban-Style Slow-Cooker Chicken Fricassee
This was a good recipe--I used chicken breasts and Adobo for seasoning as others recommended. I also threw in some carrots for extra veggies. About an hour before we were ready to eat, a lot of the liquid had cooked off, so I added chicken broth. Served it with rice, black beans and a fried egg on top and it was great!
