Mom's Cheesecake

This recipe was great. Cracks in cheesecake come from overmixing the batter or getting too much air into it not from not having a water bath. Don't overmix or beat your batter and this cheesecake won't have any cracks (mine didn't).

Baked Cheddar Bacon Spread

We made this recipe in a 9 x 13 pan. Otherwise as directed. It was fantastic, great cheesy, bacony flavor. Easy to make too!

Chocolate Truffle Cookies

These cookies are fantastic. Sooo chocolatey and chewy at room temp. I made them exactly as directed, they were gone in 1 day.
