Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch

This was so yummy I didn't have enough strawberries so I added chopped up apples and pears to go in the crumble as well as some cinnamon

Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

This icing was so yummy. I had only 85% chocolate so I added some cocoa and 2 tbsp of butter to the icing. I also left out the salt. It came out creamy and every one loved it.

Herbed Potato Soup

YUMMY is all I have to say. I can't keep left overs for this one. I added 2 carrots chopped, oregano and garlic. This was a great and quick recipe to have.

Nauvoo Gingerbread Cookies

These cookies are great. My son loves gingerbread and begs for me to make them. I added allspice and nutmeg to the cookies for extra flavor. Thanks for the great recipe.
