Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

This works. The kids loved it, and it wasn't too hot for them. Made it just like the recipe and it was perfect.

This recipe is awesome! It is inexpensive, easy, and it can be made ahead of time. The kids loved it... Better the second day :) I did add some fresh garlic and black olives the second time, though I must say my family is a bit garlic and black olive crazy.

Beef Tamales

This recipe was a real lifesaver. I am a recent export from Texas, and was beginning to think I would die if I couldn't get my hands on some tamales. The meat was wonderful and juicy! I invited some friends over (some who had never heard of tamales, and we spent the day together making tamales and drinking margaritas. Thanks for the great recipe. Will be doing this again for Christmas. :)

Chicken Enchilada Soup III

I was really impressed with how easy and good this recipe was. I followed the recipe exactly, other than adding black beans and corn, and it turned out great. The kids loved it and asked to have it for lunch today. Was really good with fresh pico de gallo as a garnish.
