This tastes exactly like the Bulgogi my Korean girlfriend used to make for me... instead of frying it in a pan i grilled it on a piece of foil with about 15 holes poked in it with a fork or knife. i grilled it until the meat was a little carmalized. Serve it with rice!! Outstanding!! thanks for sharing!!

Buckeye Balls II

I'm a big Ohio State Fan as is my whole family but i didn't grow up in Ohio because i left when i was 5 years old. But my husband who is born and raised in Ohio has always loved buckeyes! My husband gives this recipe 5 stars because they taste just like he remembered as a child. great recipe!!

Cranberry Orange Cookies

I've made these cookies a few times now... they have been a big hit with everyone!! i've noticed if you put too much orange zest in the mix the cookies will come out flatter than a pancake! so if you increase the orange zest as others suggest i wouldn't put more than 2 tps... OUTSTANDING ANYWAY YOU DO IT!!

Banana Pudding IV

I followed the directions exactly... I love banana pudding and eat it every chance i get. This was a good one and i love cream cheese in anything so i thought it was going ot be out of this world but, it was just waaaaaay too sweet for me!! But the texture was outstanding! i don't think i would make this recipe again...

Jay's Jerk Chicken

I have made this chicken several times!! and everytime i've made it everyone has raved over it!! only thing i did differnt from the recipe is i added about half amount more soy sauce and i used Thai chili peppers instead and of jalopino! EXCELLENT recipe!!

Uncooked Banana Pudding

I made this recipe for my husband's squadron picnic... i'm known for the dishes i make so when i brought this i was really going easy because i usually go all out... This scored up there with all my other dishes!! EVERYONE loved it!! even the guys who say they are banana puddine experts!! AWSOME!! and EASY!!

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds with Sugar and Spice

My 13 year old daughter and i made this just after halloween! she loved it!! and her friends at school kept begging her to share her seed with them! a great hit!! very easy recipe and the the sweet and spice together go very well!!

Orange Crunch Cake

I made this cake for the office and i still hear about this cake everytime we get together... Its an awsome recipe! i like the crunchy texture and the fruit flavor in it! I didn't use tube forsting i made home made creamcheese frosting and added the whip cream and orange zest to it!! outstanding!!

Carrot Cake III

I have to consider myself a carrot cake expert because i have eaten it everywhere they serve it! I love carrot cake! this is the BEST carrot cake i every ate!! its going to be hard to top this one! the recipe is easy to follow and the outcome is worth the work! after frosting the cake i put chopped pecans all around the edge of the cake to give a restaurant appearance. Everyone at the office loved it!!

Barbecue Ribs

OMG!! i love ribs! and i had a good recipe that i've used for years but i wanted to try something new... we made it for the guys on my husband's shift at a house party about 35 people and everyone LOVED it!! they loved it so much that i'm making it again for the guys less than 2 weeks later because they asked him if i would... i followed the directions exactly as stated except i used Captain Morgan Rum cause thats all i had in the house and i marinated it overnight it was a HUGE HUGE HIT!!!
