This turned out very well, and my finicky husband liked it too. I used a half teaspoon of horseradish sauce, for extra flavor. I also used mozzarrella cheese since that was what I had on hand. My husband said I should definitely make this again, while the kids rated it a 5 on a scale of 1 to 10.
