Very Berry Muffins

These muffins were very bland. I sprinkled cinnimon and sugar about 10 minutes before I took them out of the oven. My husband liked them with the topping. Not sure I would make again..

Apple Crisp

I made this for my husband and he loved it. It was even better cold from the fridge. He asked that I make it again and again. You can't get much easier than this recipe!

Potato Leek Soup II

This recipe could not get much easier. I made for my husband and he LOVED it! I can't wait to make it again. Just be sure to clean your leeks throughly as they like to hold dirt!
