Cranberry Orange Cookies
I'm not sure how these got so many great reviews. I couldn't get people to eat these. I made them just as directed. The fresh cranberries were a nice taste, but the cookies spread out until flat. They were cake-like and crumbly and very unappealing looking. I did bake mine on a silicone mat. Maybe that was the problem?

Peppermint Chocolate Fudge
This is exceptional fudge! I made it exactly as directed. It's easy, taste not too peppermint, and everyone LOVED it.
