Pork Chops with Burgundy Mushroom Sauce

This is an absolutely fantastic recipe. I bought pork chops and mushrooms and then found this recipe. It was easy and tasted great. This one is a keeper!!

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Risotto with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Mozzarella

This is a little work, but my guests seem to gather in the kitchen so it's not so hard to look after. Plus it was great, and everyone loved it!!!

I served this dish at Christmas Dinner for my partners family, it was a huge hit! I doubled the recipe and 17 people ate almost all of it. Everyone asked me for the recipe! Thanks for such an easy great tasting recipe.
