I'm very new to cooking, but I'm getting much better. Once apon a time, white sauce was extremely difficult for me, and now it's easy peasy like lemon sqeazy. Lasagna, Gratin, Omlette hmmmmm guys don't get taught this sort of thing... so really I have no idea. I made a really good white sauce, just a couple of weeks ago. Woo hoo!
