Apple Butter Pork Loin
Very good! I didn't have apple juice or cider, so I sliced up a honey crisp apple and added that to chicken broth instead. I also cooked the pork in a slow cooker instead of the oven. My boyfriend couldn't believe how tender it was! A one-pound pork loin was enough for the 2 of us. Like others have mentioned, the cooking liquids make a delicious gravy which I think really made the dish. Just whisk in about a teaspoon or so of cornstarch.
