Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
Very good and fluffy! I doubled it and sub.ed 2 cups wheat flour for 2 of the AP flour and added some vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar just b/c I like pancakes like that. :) My batter was rather thick (but that may have something to do with the wheat flour) so I added some extra milk and a bit of water until it was the consistency I like.
