Delicious! I substituted tuna for the salmon, but followed the recipe to the letter otherwise. I used my own sourdough breadcrumbs, which made the cakes a bit soft but good. Sauced with a sweet pickle remalaude sauce, the dish was kickin! Hint, add an egg to the recipe if using fresh bread crumbs...
