About this Cook
I'm from the west coast and slowly learning how to make some Wisconsin Classics (like how to properly make brats). I have not completely abandoned my roots though. I like to make veggie intense recipes and get the boyfriend to expand his horizons. Currently I'm in law school, so whatever it is has to be easy to make and not take a bunch of time.
My favorite things to cook
I grew up in an Italian household, so if it has tomato sauce I've probably attempted to make it. I also like to learn how to make different Asian dishes.

Minnesota Pork Chops
I used french onion soup mix instead of bullion, and I would check the pork chops regularly and put some sauce on them to help prevent dry out. I think next time I'll cook the pork chops under the rice and see if that helps. Overall though, this was a huge hit.

Slow Cooker Pork Chops II
This recipe was okay, but not great. I loved that it was so quick to prepare, but would cut the poultry seasoning in half or leave it out entirely. It over powered the taste of everything else. The pork chops were moist, and like most slow cooker meat very very tender. I'd make it again, but with the change I mentioned about the seasoning.

Italian Breaded Pork Chops
These were great. Simple to make and we all loved the taste. I added some garlic powered to the breadcrumbs and that definitely added a great flavor.
