I'm from the west coast and slowly learning how to make some Wisconsin Classics (like how to properly make brats). I have not completely abandoned my roots though. I like to make veggie intense recipes and get the boyfriend to expand his horizons. Currently I'm in law school, so whatever it is has to be easy to make and not take a bunch of time. I grew up in an Italian household, so if it has tomato sauce I've probably attempted to make it. I also like to learn how to make different Asian dishes.
