Pumpkin Cookies V
This is a great recipe. I had a 1 can of pure pumpkin leftover from Thanksgiving dinner and was able to use it for this recipe. I did substitute the shortening and used unsweetened applesauce. The cookie is very moist and cake-like.

French Toast II
This is ideal for a quick, but warm and filling breakfast! I was weary about the 1 tsp. of nutmeg (from reading the reviews on here), so I just LIGHTLY sprinkled the nutmeg (emphasizing on the LIGHTLY) to the rest of the ingredients. Also, I only had multi-grain bread on hand which worked out just fine. THANKS for the recipe :)

Lemon Blueberry Drop Scones
Just wanted to add to the rest of the reviews on here that i substituted the sugar for splenda (NOT for the confectioners sugar in the GLAZE) and it still came out delicious!
