Kentucky Hot Brown
We did all but the mushrooms and the bacon. Wow! Really good. Messy to eat but nobody seemed to mind.

Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls
Family loved it. Didn't roll, just smeared pesto all over. They wanted to lick the baking dish.

Apple-Raisin French Toast Casserole
Just leave out the raisins or exchange for dried apricot or craisins. Also make a topping sauce of squirtable cream cheese and brown sugar to decorate the top. Fed 300 ladies at the Circus Breakfast.
