After-Thanksgiving Turkey Soup
I made this soup the day after Thanksgiving. I pretty much followed the recipe to the T, except I added frozen peas and corn. The soup was fantastic! Thanks!

World's Best Lasagna
This is a fantastic recipe. we had company last night and everyone raved about the delicious lasagna. I did read the reviews and found them extremely helpful. I pretty much followed the recipe but did the following:(1) reduced the salt to 1 tsp; (2) soak the pasta in hot tap water instead of boiling; (3) used extra sausage and ground beef; (4) double the sauce, and (5) made the sauce the night before and let the flavor melt together. My teenage son ate three large pieces and said it was the best lasagna he's ever had. Thanks for sharing the great recipe.

Cranberry Nut Bread I
I made this recipe this morning for our New Year's breakfast. I used fresh squeezed OJ and cranberry, and also an OJ glaze. The favor was good, not too sweet, but it didn't knock my socks off. I think I'd either add an additional egg to increase the moisture content.
