Cheesy Baked Salmon

My family are big fans of this kind of thing and this stuff sat on the counter untouched after the first taste. It seemed thick and cakey rather than moist and chewy as I had hoped. I won't use this again, but if you like cakey bars, you will like.

Homemade Panckae Syrup

Game Day Hamburgers

Great!! Prep is time consuming. I ended up making 2 thin patties and putting the ingredients inside. We've tried stuffing these burgers with all kinds of stuff. We did different cheeses, jalapenos and cream cheese or cheddar. Takes a while but you only need to eat one. Very filling!!

Simple Ranchy Breaded Fish Fillets

Great flavor, but I mix the ranch seasoning with the breadcrumbs instead of making a paste which I found was hard to work with, and flavored the fish unevenly. I coated the fish with the crumb mixture and just frying it in the oil over medium heat. No extra oil needed.

Authentic German Potato Salad

I lived in Germany for 4 years as a child and this is perfect!! Parsley is just for color, not taste, so if you don't hsve it don't freak out. Great departure from the everyday. I use sea salt to taste instead of table salt and fresh ground pepper.

Ribboned Fudge Cake

This cake was good, but make sure you have a large bundt pan as ours overflowed and was a mess. It was much better after a couple days in the cake keeper. I used regular chocolate fudge frosting I had in the refridgerator and spread it on while the cake was still hot, it worked perfect with no effort for the topping. It looks pretty and was moist.
