Mexican Lasagna
This recipe is wonderful, quick, and easy. We never have left overs. We top it off with sour cream, salsa and olives.

Chicken Marsala
This did not taste like some of the chicken marsalas I like in the restaraunts, however, this does taste very good. The second time I made it I doubled the sauce to make more gravy. I also tried these ingredients in a crock pot with a roast, also very good.

Alyson's Broccoli Salad
Absolutely wonderful salad! A perfect blend of Salty, sweet, and crunchy. I do not like my brocolli soft so I make my salad just a few hours ahead of time instead of the night before; just enough time to chill the ingredients and soften the raisins. Right before serving I add the bacon and sunflower seeds.
