Greek Pasta with Tomatoes and White Beans
This is my second time making this recipe. The first time I made it I liked it but it didn't wow me. This time I sauteed a clove of garlic and 1/2 a yellow onion in evoo. Then I added in fresh button mushrooms. I cut the amount of beans called for in half to cut calories and decreased the amount of feta by half as well. I topped it with chicken and it was wonderful. It wowed our guests and I can't wait to have leftovers for lunch tomorrow!

Strawberry Summer Salad
This was amazing! I used a half baby spinach and half italian prepackaged salad greens mixture, added kraft mediterranean crumbles and chopped walnuts and instead of using the dressing mixture listed I used Brianne's Blush Wine vinagrette. I served this salad with tuna and black olives stuffed into pita halves and even my super picky boyfriend cleaned his plate. He is not very adventurous and guffawed at fruit in a salad, but he loved it. Thanks so much!

Slow Cooker Barbeque
This was so good and so easy. I live in Texas and barbecue from a crockpot was hard to come to terms with, but I'm so glad I tried this. I did take the advice of other reviewers and ended up adding a lot more sauce but the only other thing I changed was adding a whole vidalia sweet onion and minced garlic. Thanks for this wonderful recipe!
