Steak!! I love a rare filet with a beautiful caramelized crust, fork-cutting tender with a basalmic reduction, accompanied by mashed potato (skins on for color and flavor) with a touch of garlic

Roasted Tomatoes with Garlic
Made with no mods (other than a touch heavy on the garlic). Tastes fantastic, and brings me back to my grandmothers house :)

Cowboy Hash
This was surprisingly good! I made it with the cornbread as recommended, and I also put in 4 strips of finely chopped bacon. Definitely a keeper!

Baked Ziti I
This was a winner! ooey-gooey cheesy good :) Kids loved it, wife liked it, dads a hero again LOL I followed the tips on layering some sauce first, and true to grams heritege, used ricotta/egg instead of the sour cream as well.
