Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
I was a tad bit skeptical about this recipe at first, but since I am a fan of vinegar, I tried it anyway. My husband really enjoyed this dish!! I liked it too. We poured some of the chicken sauce on our mashed potatoes & this was a hit too. Enjoy!!

Shrimp Linguine
A PERFECT dish!! I used dried oregano & basil. I used shredded Monterey Jack & Colby cheese, along with grated Pecorino Romano cheese instead of Parmesan. I diced the bacon instead of crumbling it. I did not use tomatoes. Enjoy!! I hope my review helps you.

Irish Potato Candy
I made this recipe, minus the coconut. When I mixed it in the mixer, I accidentally turned it into an icing texture rather than a texture for rolling Irish potatoes. Needless to say, the icing was delicious! The sugar content is a little too much though. Next time I will cut back on the sugar. I used it to top spice cake & white cake cupcakes. I am rating this as an icing recipe, if anyone may be interested.
