Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
1. Use a few (I used 4 small) frozen chicken breasts. Before serving, pull out the chicken breast and pull the meat apart to shred. Put the chicken back in and it's ready to eat. 2. use chicken broth instead of water (more flavor) 3. add lime juice 4. add a can of black beans 5. I didn't go through the trouble of making the tortilla strips. 6. I didn't have chopped green chile peppers and it was still good. This recipe is super good and you don't really have to follow it to the T to have an awesome soup. Thanks!!
