Risotto with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Mozzarella
I made this recipe from the William Sonoma cookbook and found that increasing both the broth amount and the heat on the rice helped it to cook faster.

Savory Grilled Potatoes
I have been using this recipe for years. Wonderful flavor. I usually double the mayo, cheese and spices for a creamier sauce.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Fantastic flavor and so easy. Next time I will use a bit less fresh lemon juice and double the spices. I topped with Panko Bread Crumbs for extra crunch. Thanks for sharing.
