Restaurant-Style Potato Salad
The essentials are here. Just tweek a little and add a hard boiled egg or two and more carrots and celery (shredded). The relish is the secret ingredient. Add a little more of each ingredient and if the potatos come out too hard make the dressing in the side for an easy fold in. I left out the pimentos and did not miss them. I got many compliments on this. Thanks for a great recipe!

Sweet Dinner Rolls
OK rolls. I was hoping for better. Followed the instructions up until the last part with the extra butter, so maybe it was me. I let the dough rise (used all-purpose Gold Medal flour) and then rolled into balls and placed on a baking sheet 2 inches apart. Let rise again for 2 hours and baked. Just OK. Not sweet at all. No comments on them with Easter dinner. Will keep looking for a great biscuit or roll recipe.

Carrot Cake III
Really good cake!! The only feedback I recieved from Easter dinner was that it had a bit too much cinnamon I would have to agree. I see others added extra. No way..and I like cinnamon. Also sprinkled the pecans on the frosting instead of mixing them in. My 2 yeaty old halped make this so not hard to follow. Will use again and maybe make it an Easter tradition. Thanks for the great recipe
