Classic Lasagna
Every time I make this recipe I get rave reviews. It is not too difficult to put together. I usually use the oven ready noodles and it works great.

Asian Salad
I added mushrooms, water chestnuts and some sesame oil. It wasn't my personal favorite because I don't love cabbage, but it got rave reviews at our potluck and many people asked for the recipe.

Shepherd's Pie VI
I don't generally like shepherd's pie but made this recipe with sausage instead of ground beef for the meat. It was very tasty and I even craved the leftovers! It did, however, seem to take me forever to put it together -- significantly longer than specified by the author.
