Spruced Up Mashed Potatoes
This is a fantastic addition to a Thanksgiving meal. The added ingredients add such a subtle savory flavor. Absolutely delicious!

Best Ever Spinach Artichoke Dip
Fantastic. Neighbors are still talking about it. Definitely a keeper and bound to be a regular at our gatherings.

Cream of Asparagus Soup I
I left out the potatoes but added chopped carrots for color. I mashed the vegies rather than pureeing them. Wished the soup was creamier (maybe the potato would have helped that) but flavor was great. Will try it again.
