I have recently bought a new home and am loving my new kitchen! I just bought a new set of stainless steel pots for cooking all my favorite dishes and look forward to trying out many, many more! I LOVE salmon. I love it in salad, as a main dish, even for breakfast in an omelet :) I also love pork and beef tenderloin...so pricey though, but well worth the money when cooked right. Pasta dishes using beef, chicken, and sausage would be one of my favorite all-in-one meals to make. I have started a new family tradition with my partner. Every Sunday is fast becoming chili day. I whip up a huge batch of chili and delicious cornbread and we feast on it through the coming week for lunch or dinner. I eventually have to make another batch of cornbread to last through the chili as it is SOOOO good and gets eaten so fast! I have been able to reproduce so many great meals through recipes on here! My favorite spinach dip from a popular restaurant, a great lemon wine chicken that used to be served at another popular Italian restaurant and many more! I attempted to bake a pineapple cake in a glass dish, the dish apparently got way too hot and burned the edges badly before the center part cooked through :( I was disappointed, but I will re-try the receipe in a standard metal pan and hope to have it come out better.
