Hazelnut Chicken in Prosciutto-Cream Sauce
Wow, great recipe. Hubby talked about how much he liked it for days and asked for it to join the "rotation." The sauce is a bit thin, but I assume this is how it is intended. The dish is flavorful and delicious. Definitely a hit in our household!

Shrimp Scampi Bake
Great dish for one so easy. I made it just as the recipe called for (with the addition of mushrooms) and it was very good over penne pasta. The family was happy and said they'd like it again. Next time I'll replace some of the butter with white wine as some have suggested.
