Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

The taste of the fudge is excellent, but my fudge didn't firm up! It had the consistency of really thick frosting, even after an overnight stay in the fridge. I melted it back down and added flour to it to thicken it up. Delicious otherwise.

Chicken Scampi II

Excellent! I was fiending for some garlic and this looked like a good recipe for my fix. Like many others who reviewed this dish I cut WAY back on the margarine, by about half, and used Country Crock Light margarine. I also used less olive oil. I added a splash of white wine and an extra clove of garlic. I tossed the sauce with linguine. Excellent stuff!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

It looked so promisinge on the screen, but after it was made, I could not bring myself to eat more than a few bites. My very, very UN-picky boyfriend only ate it because he was very hungry, though he admitted he wouldn't be eating more. He seemed very disappointed, as I had shown him the recipe before I made it. I even went through the comments to make adjustments, but this is just not cutting it for us.
