Chantal's New York Cheesecake
Not sure what I did wrong...Precooked batter tasted fabulous (raw eggs, I know!) and was really excited about tasting the final product but it the top and crust ended up burning with 10 minutes still left to cook! I also used room temperature ingredients but got a gaping crack too. These issues were probably the fault of the cook and not the recipe itself. Think I stick with store bought. I find cheesecake a very hard thing to master!

Weeknight Chicken Cordon Bleu
Excellent and not difficult! Husband really enjoyed this and asked that I add this to my recipe collection! Wish I knew how to prevent the cheese (I used provolone) from melting and oozing out. I ended up adding a slice of cheese on top of each chicken breast. Will definitely make again!

Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Rollups
Delicous! Love the flavor of all those 'shrooms! I sauteed mine with butter, wine and some fresh garlic. Definitely adding this to my rotation.
