Chantal's New York Cheesecake
Not sure what I did wrong...Precooked batter tasted fabulous (raw eggs, I know!) and was really excited about tasting the final product but it the top and crust ended up burning with 10 minutes still left to cook! I also used room temperature ingredients but got a gaping crack too. These issues were probably the fault of the cook and not the recipe itself. Think I stick with store bought. I find cheesecake a very hard thing to master!
