Baked Ziti I
I made this recipe as written with one change. I used minced onions instead of the fresh chopped onions as my kids are a little picky. It was the best! Everyone asked for seconds and thirds which is unheard of in my house. Can't wait for the leftovers!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
Wow, this chili was great! I made this for my daughter's birthday party, which was the first time (risky I know)...It was fairly simple and came out great. I made it as-written minus the onions, celery, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and green chile peppers since there were several children at the party. Everyone loved it. I'll definitely make it again!
