I taught 4th grade for 22yrs, and now I'm a manager at a local shopping center. I enjoy people and cooking!
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake cookies and quick breads. I also enjoy cooking comfort foods like spag. and meat sauce, swiss steak, meat loaf, and pot roast. We raise chickens and I have discovered many creative ways to prepare them as well.

Cinnamon-Topped Rhubarb Muffins
A very delicious muffin and moist too. I did bake it about 10 minutes longer than the recipe called for.

Salsa Cube Steaks
