Being from Buffalo, I have high expectations for anything labeled "Buffalo style." When I made the recipe as-is, it came out pretty gross and inedible. The second time around I made these adjustments and it was fantastic: sauteed 1/2 of a sweet onion and 3 stalks of celery in 1T of butter, used 4c. milk and 2 cans of cream of chicken, sauteed the chicken in Frank's red hot sauce and butter, used 1/2c. of hot sauce, and added a big chunk of bleu cheese. With these changes it was delish!
