Not that thia needs another one...but 5 stars all the way. I'm ashamed that I was buying jarred, mediocre pizza sauce for $1.99 when I could have spent about 40 cents and made absolutley delicious sauce! Learned my lesson :)

Buffalo Chicken Wing Soup

Being from Buffalo, I have high expectations for anything labeled "Buffalo style." When I made the recipe as-is, it came out pretty gross and inedible. The second time around I made these adjustments and it was fantastic: sauteed 1/2 of a sweet onion and 3 stalks of celery in 1T of butter, used 4c. milk and 2 cans of cream of chicken, sauteed the chicken in Frank's red hot sauce and butter, used 1/2c. of hot sauce, and added a big chunk of bleu cheese. With these changes it was delish!

Fudge Puddles

Excellent as written! I think I rolled my first batch a little too big--ended up with 40 cups and a few tablespoons of the fudge left over. Didn't make the fudge until the first batch was out of the oven and the timing worked out well. Had to definitely keep on top of stirring it while the second batch baked. Great recipe... Will definitely make these again!

Baked Omelet

Everyone loved this. I used the recipe base, but made some modifications. Sauteed the onions, and also added green and red pepper. Also used some different cheeses that I had on hand (hot pepper, american, and cheddar). Added 1/2 cup of flour mixed with 1 tsp. of baking powder so that it puffed up.

Brownie Caramel Cheesecake

Pretty good. We all really liked the brownie crust, but the cheesecake part was just average. Next time I might try the brownie crust with a different cheesecake recipe.

Chocolate Crinkles II

These were SO good. Ridiculously good!! Tasted a bit like a rich brownie. Will definitely be making these again, thanks! And to the reviewer who ended up with flat cookies... it sounds like you forgot to add the baking powder. Either that or maybe your powder is expired. Check the box.

Red Velvet Cake II

I was not impressed with this recipe.. it was decent, but nothing to rave about. Maybe its the recipe, maybe its me... I just didn't taste any real flavor from this cake, its was pretty bland with the exception of the frosting.

Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies

Made these for christmas and they ended up being our favorite! I would really recommend sticking to the recipe exactly-- mini chips and all. Thanks for the recipe, its a definite keeper!!!
