Chicken Quesadillas
These were great the whole family loved them and I didn't change a thing, I've made twice now and the 2nd time I used pita pockets and I'd have to say the tortillas are better but the pita are easier to hold except the cheese melts out a little. Other than that the recipe is very good.

Unbelievable Chicken
This was very tasty except I didn't have chicken so I used the marinade on pork chops, next time I'll do chicken and I'm sure it will be just as good also I didn't change a thing. I also used the grill. The whole family loved it and that's all that counts.

Dave's Mocha Chicken
this recipe was way to salty and I used low sodium soy. would not make again unless someone comes up with a way to cut the salty flavor.
