Asian Lettuce Wraps
I make this all the time using ground chicken and iceberg lettuce. I also add more hoisin, about 1/2 c. Sometimes I make it without the water chestnuts and it's just as good. Tastes exactly like PF Chang's!

Patti's Mussels a la Mariniere
Amazing! This was my first time cooking mussels, and it was so delicious and easy. The only changes I made was I substituted sliced yellow onions for the green onions and added Italian seasoning because I didn't have parsley. The sauce is to die for. Crusty bread for dipping is a must!

Simple Sicilian Salad Dressing
I will never buy bottled balsamic dressing again! I did add 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard the second time I made it, which I think improved the consistency a lot. I also added a little sugar and garlic powder, about 1/4 tsp. I then topped the salad with craisins and pecans. DELICIOUS!
