Chocolate Shortbread
Okay, but not that great. I'm looking for more of a melt-in-your mouth quality in shortbread. This was a bit more like cardboard cracker.

Beer Batter Crepes I
These came out really well with beer for savory crepes, also good with champagne for sweet/fruity crepes.
