Pasta with Pesto and Scallops
OMG! My family loved this recipe. The kids however picked out the scallops but I made it again replacing the scallops with shrimps and they at it. It's quick and easy and I made my own fresh pesto using the basil from my garden...even better..Yum!

Traditional Mashed Potatoes
great easy recipe. I did replace the butter with Garlic butter (for added flavour) and I whipped the potatoes after I mashed them for a smooth creamier texture.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
I made it for the first time tonight and the Kids and I loved it...(My husband hasn't tried it yet cuz he's on his way home from work). I do agree with one member who stated that there was too much Balsamic...the next time I will decrease the amount of Balsamic by 1 Tbsp. All other ingredients and amounts will remain the same. Bon Appetit!
