I am 31, a stay at home with one of my daughters. My other daughter started school this year. My life is pretty laid back although my girls keep me hopping. I like being outside and love horses although I don't have any anymore. :( cheese cakes, fruit pies, things that are easy healthy and quick to make - oh and tastey. I worked as an assistant pastry chef at a kitchen that catered to a restaurant, bar, and conference rooms. My triumphs included making desert for up to 300 people for weddings and meetings. It sure felt like a triumph when it was over. My favorite is actually my sister's tragedy. She was making brownies, maybe 13 years old, and after looking in the oven at them she yelled "the brownies are boiling!" She had forgotten the flour.
