Taqueria Style Tacos - Carne Asada
MMMMM...Delicious!!! I marinated the meat over night and after smelling the aroma of the meat the following day...I knew this was gonna be a hit. After the meat was cooked, I chopped it up taqueria style and added the onion/lime relish which tasted soooo GOOD! My husband loved it too. I didn't care too much for the red salsa though. It was kind of bland but overall okay. I will definitely make this again! Next time I'll BBQ the meat. Thumbs up!
