Fudge Puddles
These are very good! The trick I found to getting the chocolate in easily is to pour it into a condiment bottle and then squirt it into the cookies. It made it go quickly and neatly! I also tried these with chocolate chip cookie dough and they were yummy too.

Cinnamon Brownies
These were very good. The cinnamon and coffee are subtle, but added a nice twist. I substituted chocolate chips in place of the nuts.

Cinnamon Graham Crunchy Cookies
We thought these were really good, but would have liked a little more cinnamon flavor. Next time, I think I'll add some cinnamon to kick up that flavor in the mix.
