Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion

I have made this recipe several times already. This is without a doubt my husbands and my favorite recipe. My husband is general manager of a restaurant and says that if there was a way that these could be made faster he would love to put them on the menu. Thanks for the recipe, these are totally AWESOME CHOPS!!!
