Desserts are my favourite, but I can make just about anything. I love to take on new recipes that are intimidating and surprise my husband with new meals. I come from a French Canadian family who believe good food is as important as air and water. We can't live without it. Our family conversations revolve around cooking. Christmas is a big one. I've been making cheesecakes since I was 12. Most people who taste it say it's the best. I hope so. I am great at cooking for large groups of people without breaking a sweat. I can also make some very creative meals with few ingredients. Hmmmm…not sure that I've had many. I've made a few mediocre salad dressings.
