This was fantastic and so easy, will definitely make it often! My spouse is a fisherman and has always done the fish frying and it was good but due to heart diet needed to cut the oil and this was perfect. Spraying the fish before baking I think made it nice and crisp.

This is a great recipe, I have made it several times! Always perfect. I used apricot nectar in place of the brandy when I took it to church and it was perfect. Also added a teaspoon rum extract. Thanks
