Step 5...Drain, cool and unwrap

Onion Skin Colored Eggs

Carefully remove eggs from water and allow to drain and cool. Once cool enough to handle, remove cheesecloth (I usually cut knot or rubberband)Remove onion skins from eggs and dry. Refrigerate until ready to use.
