Sage Pork Chops
EASY! OMG, SO EASY! I was able to keep working on homework while this was getting ready. Tender, tasty, and easy!

Bourbon Slush
This went over VERY well with some guests of mine the other night. You may think I'm nuts (or an alcoholic), but a pinch more liquor wouldn't have hurt this much. I'm not saying much...just a pinch!

Marinated Pork Strips
I've served this to company on several occasions and it always gets rave reviews. Easy to spruce up with a little garnish. What makes it better....it's very easy! This one is one in which it's fun to play with the seasoning a little as well (especially if you're familiar with Asian spices).
