Chicken Tortellini Soup With Zucchini and Tomatoes
Absolutely awesome! I got rave reviews for this one. I had to add a 16 oz can of chicken broth because there didn't seem to be enough liquid when the soup was all done, and I added a liberal amount of poultry seasoning, as I've found that it makes pretty much any soup with a chicken broth base taste richer and more flavorful. It came out perfectly! Thanks for the great recipe!

Pleasant Pork Chops
Not bad....kinda like a pork version of chicken paprikash. Good comfort food for a chilly fall evening.

Sloppy Joes II
Excellent-and I don't even like sloppy joes! (Or at least I thought I didn't, lol). Put shredded mozzarella on the bun before putting the meat on it. Mmmmmm! :)
