We have always used the Taco Bell packets and they are wonderful but when I was in the middle of making dinner I realized we were out. I ran to All Recipes.com and found this and figured it should be good enough. I actually love this recipe so much that I seriously doubt I will ever purchase a taco seasoning packet again. It was really great and I can control the amount of salt. Those packets are loaded with it.

These are really great! I use a silicone baking mat on my cookie sheets and these turned out perfect. I am having a hard time not eating all of them myself!!

This jam is so yummy and easy to make. I too cut back on the sugar though and it turned out perfect!
