Surprise Banana Cake
Excellent cake!!! I used two extra bananas to get rid of them and it made this cake sooo moist! It was absolutely delicious and will definitely be making it again!

Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion
I'm not big on pork chops because they never seem to turn out moist. HOWEVER, this recipe is amazing, they were SO moist we could cut them with our forks. Just amazing how simple but yet delicious it was. Will be making this very often!!
